The KAA Community was founded in 2018 by Kuzey Ümit Kargın as a personal development-focused community project. In December 2024, the community embarked on a new phase of transformation. Under the leadership of Kuzey Ümit Kargın, the community's focus has been redefined as "Entrepreneurship and Innovation." Going forward, The KAA Community will continue its activities as an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Community.

   The transformation process of The KAA Community ensures the community’s progress without compromising its core values. Since its establishment, the “spiritual family structure” has been the cornerstone of The KAA Community and will continue to be preserved in full harmony with its new vision and mission. This spiritual family structure is a tradition that fosters warm relationships based on trust, support, and solidarity among individuals within the community. It not only strengthens the bonds among community members but also contributes to the strong and sustainable foundation of projects developed under The KAA Community's umbrella.

The spiritual family structure represents a vision of a community that prioritizes human values, instills a sense of belonging in its members, and cultivates deep connections among individuals, beyond merely being a formal or professional organization. As the community grows and transforms, this tradition will be further strengthened and will remain a distinctive characteristic of The KAA Community in the future.
