The KAA was founded in January 2018 by Kuzey Ümit Kargın Konakzade as a project community based on a spiritual family structure and focused on personal development. Over time, with new experiences and developments, it was decided in December 2024 to restructure The KAA as an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Community.

As part of this transformation, The KAA has been organized into two main divisions: The KAA Projects and The KAA Community
